Series, 2000T&B Series, and 3500 Series on parts (excluding batteries) from
the date of the original purchase.
Labor is
covered for two years after purchase. Once the labor warranty has expired,
all repairs will incur a variable labor charge depending on the extent of
work required.

In
my opinion the remote collar is the most effective dog training tool that
has been developed in the past 100 years. "Leerburg"
Without a doubt our low level stimulation
training is 100 times more humane and more effective than using
"CHOKE COLLAR or PRONG COLLAR". In fact our
remote collar training program eliminates the need for these other training
tools.
In our home we start our 16 to 20 week old
puppies on our remote collar program. The levels of stimulation used in our
training program are often times not even felt by many humans. With all this
said, unfortunately the electric collars are the most
misused, abused and misunderstood dog training tool every developed.

allows you to change the level of the collar even as you are working the

Safety.
Clinical animal safety studies have been designed and
conducted for Tri-Tronics by veterinarians and physiologists at a major
university. The scientific studies tested for possible cardiopulmonary and
epidermal effects of Tri-Tronics electrical stimulation applied to the ventral
surface of the neck of healthy dogs. These studies showed that there were no
clinically significant changes in electrocardiograms, blood pressures, or
properties of the skin underlying the contact points. |

To Qualify for the Limited
Lifetime Warranty:
The limited lifetime warranty applies to units purchased
after Dec. 31, 2005. Dogtra has a strict warranty policy. A customer MUST
register their e-collar online if they expect to get any warranty service. There
are no exceptions to this rule. We here at Kaltersberg have no control in this
matter. This must be done at
www.dogtra.com.
Click on the warranty registration link and follow the instructions.
If product registration is not completed within 30
days of purchase and/or the product is resold, the warranty will become void and
all repairs will be subject to applicable labor fees.
Not Covered Under Limited Lifetime
Warranty:
Dogtra DOES NOT replace defective units or provide refunds
after 30 days from date of purchase.
Dogtra's warranty DOES NOT cover repairs or replacement due
to misuse, improper maintenance or lost units. Any water damage on Water
Resistant Transmitters 175NCP, 180NCP, 200NCP, 202NCP, 1400NCP, 1402NCP, 1500NCP
and 1502NCP will not be covered. All replacement costs for either the
transmitter or receiver is the owner's responsibility.
The Limited Lifetime Warranty will expire (5) years from the
date a unit is discontinued in production by Dogtra Company.
* Batteries, or the labor to replace them, are NOT covered
under the warranty after the first year.The warranty is void if the unit has
been altered or an unauthorized person has attempted repair work.
